Adult Programs
We offer a variety of programs for children. Program descriptions are listed below. Please check the individual program listing for registration details.
Cardio Kickboxing
You will kick, punch, and groove calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. This is an 8 week program. Check back for future dates.
Golf - Golden Pheasant Golf Course
This instructional, 4 day program, Monday - Thursday. Classes are at the Golden Pheasant Golf Course. The program includes: golf etiquette, putting, chipping and driving. Left handed clubs are available. Program is open to the first 10 registrants. This program will run Spring 2010.
ADULT GOLF INSTRUCTION- Springfield Golf Center
Adult beginner clinic taught by PGA pro Mike Beal. Clinics are held at Springfield Golf Center. Clinic will provide everything you need to know to get on the course in just two weeks. All aspects of the game: putting, chipping, short irons, woods, and etiquette will be covered. This program runs Spring through Summer.
Men's Basketball -
This program is held on Tuesday nights starting in November and running until the end of March in the LMS gym from 7:30 - 9:00pm. Supervised pick up games only.
Pilates
An Intense workout, tones your body and elongates muscles for a sleek body. Integrates stretching, movement, and stabilizes the core. Check back for future dates.
Tennis 1-2- 3 Registration is now open.
Adult team tennis is incorporated into the instruction so that player's can apply their skills in game situations. Teams will be formed and will play other local teams in Burlington County. This 6 week program begins April 20th at Bryan Freeman Park. Ages 15 & up.
Yoga
Work on balance, flexibility, breathing, muscle, mental tension, and self awareness. Please bring a rubber exercise mat and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. This 6 week program will be held on Wednesday's The Yoga Generation's Studio from 7 - 8pm starting January 27th.
Women's Indoor Soccer
This program is held on Friday nights starting in January and runs until the end of May at the LMS gym.
