  TENNIS COURT RULES

1.  The membership season shall begin April 1 of each year, and run through March 31 of the following year.

2.  The fees for use of the tennis courts shall be $15.00 for a resident family, and $25.00 for non-resident family.

3.  Only players are permitted on the tennis courts.  Spectators or persons waiting to play must remain outside the fenced area.

4.  Tennis shoes are required at all times.

5.  There is to be no food or drink on courts.

6.  When others are waiting, players must relinquish the court after 1 hour from the time they begin.

7.  Only persons who are members of a membership family shall be permitted to use the courts.  No guests are permitted, unless there in no one waiting to use the courts.

8.  Members are responsible for the courts during the time they are there.  If any maintenance or repairs are needed, call the Townships Clerk's Office at 267-3217.  If there is a need for Police Assistance, call 267-8300.

9.  In the event the courts are kept locked, the rules and regulations relating to the use of keys are as follows:

a.      One key will be issued to each family which has a membership. Keys are to be used only by the membership family. They are not to be loaned out, nor are they transferable.

b.      When the last member leaves, the gate and courts shall be locked and secure.
c.      It is each member’s responsibility to make sure any persons remaining on the court are members.
d.      All keys are the property of Lumberton Township, and must be returned upon request.
e.      If a key is lost, a new key will be issued for an additional charge of $5.00
