Adult Yoga
The adult yoga/pilates program, ages 12 and up, will work on balance, flexibility, breathing, muscle, mental tension, and self awareness.
Items needed: a rubber exercise mat and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
This program is offereed a few times during the year. The next program will be offered in February at the F.L. Wather School. The youth program is from 6:00 - 6:55pm and the adult program is from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
Fee: $55/resident, $65/non-resident.
